Another meal done using some of the leftovers from our hot pot dinner. I think it is useless to go into details here. Fine chicken slices were quickly poached in a vegetable broth and were mixed with baby greens, fennel bulb slices, red peppers, oranges and avocadoes. The dressing was a simple orange, balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette. It's good to eat something simple and healthy once in a while.

I know it's rude to do this, but please, please, please, it's DINNER (aka, the evening meal), not DINER (aka, a form of restaurant).
Dear anonymous, English is a second language to me and I am sure this is not the only writting mistake one can find. Do not worry about being rude here, in fact I am surprised that so far you were the first one to comment on my writting.
I just realized how funny a mistake it was. But let me reassure all my readers, I am not cannibal.
I also realized why I made that mistake so often: dinner is written with a single 'n' in French.
Anyway, Its corrected now.
It's amazing how presentation can make a wierd dish look delicious!!

I don't think there's anything weird about that dish at all! In fact, I think it sounds delectable and I may give it a try one day.
