Thyme and rosemary infused potatoes
Again simplicity won the game. These potatoes are just awesome!
1. Boil a few new potatoes.
2. Cut them in quarters.
3. Cook some garlic chunks, a few sprigs of rosemary and thyme in olive oil.
4. Add the potatoes to the oil, garlic and herbs.
5. Saute them for a few minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Palce them in a hot over to crisp them up a bit more if wanted.
Seriously yummy!

I don't know what happened to the patatoes. They are unbelieveably good.
