Beans and chicory
Using the leftover garlic oil sauteed chicory from last night (link), I created this simple bean dish by adding some large white beans and a few bits of bacon. My partner and I decided that we should eat more legumes so be prepared to see more of those beans and lentils dishes on this blog in the near future! (By the way, this one was delicious!)

The chicory makes the whole dish look nice and it tastes very good too, but the beans are a bit undercooked.
