For one thing, I don't like the cashew butter. It's way too sweet for my taste. The lunch version provides a more balanced tastes, with the spinach and quinoa stuffing and the little spout salad and peppers. It's both filling and refreshing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18147656.post-1136861294223807622006-01-09T21:48:00.000-05:002006-01-09T21:48:00.000-05:00The crust of the bread tastes just fabulous, with ...The crust of the bread tastes just fabulous, with the quinoa on the top.<BR/>The stuffing of the crepes is great. What the picture don't tell you is that they are 2 to 3 times bigger after this treatment. The get deliciously crunchy, they not hard at all. This process also increase the nutty flavour of the quinoa. so far I still have to see a grain with which this technique won't work.MagicTofuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00597899620707884966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18147656.post-1136814084925224382006-01-09T08:41:00.000-05:002006-01-09T08:41:00.000-05:00This all sounds great, and that was a fantastic po...This all sounds great, and that was a fantastic post...only...even on the enlarged photos Im noticing that quinoa was not cooked.
